One-way Airport Transfer – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
To/from Universal Partner Hotel: Guests can enjoy a One-way transportation service provided by Karmel Shuttle Service to/from Los Angeles International Airport from/to participating Universal Studios Hollywood Partner Hotels.
Rates valid for guests traveling in the same vehicle.
Pricing varies based on Hotel Zone and is based on vehicle selection/preference, not per passenger.
Pricing Includes One-way service to/from the participating Universal Studios Hollywood Partner Hotel.
Roundtrip Airport Transfer – Los Angeles International Airport (LAX)
To/from Universal Partner Hotel: Guests can enjoy a Roundtrip transportation service provided by Karmel Shuttle Service from Los Angeles International Airport to participating Universal Studios Hollywood Partner Hotels.

Pricing varies by vehicle size (vehicle size is dependent on number of travelers in the party) and hotel.
All prices shown are in U.S. Dollars ($) and include applicable taxes, fees, and charges.
Driver’s gratuity is not included in the package price.
Travel Requirements
Traveling with Children
All children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children ages two (2) and under require a seat in the vehicle. No riding in the lap of a parent or guardian. Each child must have a reserved seat in the vehicle.
Children under the age of 8 must be secured in a car seat or booster seat in the back seat.
Child safety seats or booster seats are NOT provided, and guests must bring their own seats.
Once guests have booked their transfers, they must call 714-670-3480 to notify Karmel Shuttle Services that an infant will be accompanying the customer.
Vehicle Occupancy
Private vehicles are a flat rate, and the size & price of the vehicle is determined by the number of people traveling in the party (including children).
Private vehicle transfers are available for a maximum of 9 passengers with no more than 10 pieces of luggage.
Private Black Car Sedans are available for a maximum of 3 passengers with no more than 3 pieces of luggage.
Private SUVs are available for a maximum of 6 passengers with no more than 6 pieces of luggage.
Additional Information
Transportation service will be provided by Karmel Shuttle Services.
Length of Transfer varies by hotel; approximately 45 to 60 minutes each way.
All arrival and departure information will be supplied in the E-Travel Document. This will contain exact information for guests' arrival at the airport and specific instructions on how to pick up their Airport Transfer.
Guests must go Baggage Claim as designated by their arriving airline to get their luggage. Luggage is not picked up for them.
Cancellations must be made 12 hours prior to service time.
Reservation/Redemption Requirements
Reservation Requirements
Guests will need to provide the specific dates during their stay that they would like the transfers to occur. There is no need to call and schedule their departure as they will receive their departure information as they check in for their round-trip transportation.

Upon receipt of the E-Travel Document or when they have their flight information, guests must call 714-670-3480 to confirm flight info and to provide their:

Flight information: Flight information should be provided ideally no less than one week prior to arrival.
And to arrange pick up/drop off from the Airport. Advise guests to have their Universal reservation number and transfer information ready.
To Universal Studios Hollywood Partner Hotel
Upon receipt of the E-Travel Document, guests must call 714-670-3480 to arrange their pick-up time. Advise guests to have their Universal reservation number and transfer information ready.
Their phone number can be provided to Karmel Shuttle to receive reminder texts about pick up.
Reservations must be made at least 72-hours in advance.
Universal Partner Hotel Departure
Pick-up time can be arranged when making initial reservation.
Guests can change their departure time back to the airport by calling 714-670-3480
Recommended departure times are designed to make sure guests do not miss their flight. If they choose to change their pick-up time, their flight time guarantee is void.
Redemption Requirements
Guests must present a valid photo ID and their E-Travel Document at the time of pick-up from the Airport.
Upon landing, guests that have provided their phone number at the time of booking will receive a text message from Karmel Shuttle with details on the pick-up area and vehicle. Guests should collect luggage and proceed through the baggage claim area then follow text instructions to pick-up location.
There will be information on the E-Travel Documents with instructions for flight delays or cancelled flights. If there are any questions, guests can call 714-670-3480 to coordinate pick-up needs or changes.

Vehicles can accommodate foldable wheelchairs. The guest must be able to transfer from the wheelchair to the vehicle on their own.
Unfortunately, wheelchair accessible lift vans are not available.
Service Animals are welcome. Once guests have booked their transportation, they must call 714-670-3480 during the hours of operation to specify that a service animal will be accompanying them. Karmel Shuttle Services must know about the service dog to secure a space/seat.
