AP Renewals
Annual Passes expire 366 days from first park entry/use. Renewals will extend the original expiration date by 366 days, and must be purchased no later than 30 days after the date has passed.

If the guest wants to receive email communications, a valid email address needs to be listed within the demographic information of their pass.

Guest must be within 30 days of expiration to renew.

Paid in Full Annual Passes are able to be renewed:

At the park - by visiting the ticket booths at any of our theme park's front gate

Over the phone - by calling 1-866-PASS-4-FUN (1-866-7277-4386)

Paid in full passes receive a 20% discount when renewing

If a guest is renewing after their expiration date:

An annual pass can be renewed within 30 days after their expiration date

No matter when a pass is renewed the pass will always expire 366 days after the original date of expiration.

As an example: if an Annual Pass was purchased on March 1st, its expiration will be March 2nd of the following year. If that same pass was then renewed within the expiration guidelines, the new expiration would be March 3rd of the year after that.

If a 2-Park Annual Pass is converted to a 3-Park Annual Pass through an Upgrade/Renewal, the upgraded pass will not be able to enter Universal Volcano Bay until they are reprinted.

Guests with an OUS Annual Pass that move to Florida and meet the requirements for the FL version of the Annual Pass, are able to renew/upgrade to a FL Resident Version and receive the discount. While they would not need to pick up a new pass, they will need to present a valid FL Resident ID at the turnstiles.
