Water Taxi - Runs every 15-20 minutes between the following hotels and CityWalk

Hard Rock Hotel (HRH)
Loews Portofino Bay Hotel (LPBH)
  • Begins 1 hour before Early Park Admission and ends at 2:30 AM
  • Complimentary
  • ADA Accessible (limited to 2 ECV's per trip)
  • Availability based upon weather conditions
  • During HHN event nights, hotel transportation runs until 2:30AM (on 1AM closes) and 3:30AM (on 2AM closes).
 
 
SuperStar Shuttle - Runs every 20 minutes between all onsite hotels and CityWalk

- Walking times vary from 6 minutes to 24 minutes.
 
For Busch Gardens:
 
  •     Complimentary as long as the guest has a valid ticket to Busch Gardens
  •     Can be booked with the DU Desk at on-sites and partner hotels, where further details will be provided.
  •     Needs to be booked ahead of time
  •     Guests will take the complimentary transportation from the on-sites or partner hotels to the transportation hub in CitWalk.
  •     Is offered from the Universal Hub once in the morning.
     
    For SeaWorld and Aquatica:
     
  •     Complimentary as long as the guest has a valid ticket to SeaWorld or Aquatica
  •     Can be booked with the DU Desk at on-sites and partner hotels, where further details will be provided.
  •     Needs to be booked ahead of time - up to 24 hours prior.
  •     Guests with ADA requests need to book the day before their visit to either park.
  •     Guests will take the complimentary transportation from the on-sites or partner hotels to the transportation hub in CitWalk .
  •     The transportation will leave from the hub at the times listed in the Shuttle Schedule link above.
