Why?
When booking multiple rooms for the same customer, I recommend you book the rooms individually (not together) within the reservation.
If a guest ever needs to cancel one room of two within the same booking, it will require a cancel and rebook. VAX is unable to simply reduce the rooms by one.
If the hotel is sold out, then a cancel and rebook will not be an option, then UPRV reservations can't assist. There's a work around that involves numerous steps, calls, and numerous days, and if the cancelation/modification needs to occur close to departure, then time needed to complete the process may not be available.
If you book the rooms separately, then it will be easy to simply cancel one room from the reservation without compromising the second room.
It's best practice to use your own email address (and then forward documents) when booking a package with UPRV
If an irregularity occurs, then you will be notified of the updated info which you can pass to your customer, otherwise the communication will go directly to the customer with the hopes it doesn't go into a spam folder.
It's important that you use your own email address (and then forward documents) when booking a room only
If at any time the clia/iata number is missing, then Loews will be seeking to confirm that it's your booking by looking at the email address provided in order to process a commission. If they see a customer's email address, then Loews will determine the booking was a consumer direct sale.

When selling Annual Passes. Select a date closer in.
The guests Annual Pass validity starts when the guest activates the pass, not when the sale occurs. If you select a date say next week, then when next weeks comes around your commission will get processed for the AP sale. Otherwise if you select a date 6 months out, then your commission won't get processed until the sales date you selected comes around.
