Lead Name guest must be the one checking in for the room. If the Lead Name guest of the package is not available to check-in due to a delay etc, then the hotel must be notified and arrangements must be made ahead of time to allow someone else in the party to check-in on their behalf.

Valid Credit Card
Guests staying at one of Universal's Onsite Hotels will check-in for their room at the hotel lobby check-in desk. After they secure their room key, the guest should proceed to the Vacation Documents Kiosk to secure their package documents. The kiosk is within close proximity to the Lobby.
Loews is unable to accommodate requests for early check-in. Pre-registration is the only option available.

Package Documents Kiosk - to secure all their documents such as Park Tickets, Dining Tickets purchased with their Vacation Package.
Onsite Hotel Charging Privileges
Guests get asked for a credit card for incidentals. The hotel will take an authorization for a jointly agreed daily amount at the time of check-in. (The process verifies the full amount of funds and is "holding" it on the card.) The payment gets processed on the day of check out. The guest must have the funds at the time of check-in. International travelers hold's may appear as charges and all applicable exchange rate and processing fees may apply. Guests using Debit Cards will have the funds locked during their stay.
