OVERVIEW
 
A Hollywood Plus Pass offers convenience, flexibility, ease of use and up to 33% in savings. There is no need for guests to stand in line to purchase tickets and there are lots of different experiences to choose from to suit their travelling style and there’s contactless entry with the digital iPass. Guests simply use the Smartvisit App to store their Pass and to organize their itinerary.
 
Hollywood Plus Pass (2 Options)
Hollywood Plus Pass includes Universal Studios Hollywood plus a range of attractions, experiences, and things to do in LA all on one single downloadable pass. A variety of passes is available for guests to create their own unique experience:
 
3-Attraction Hollywood Plus Pass
This pass is valid for the guest’s choice of three participating Los Angeles area attractions including the option to use one of the visits for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood. All visits must be completed within 7 days of the earlier of (i) the day the guest visits their first attraction or (ii) the date of their first reservation.
 
5-Attraction Hollywood Plus Pass
This pass is valid for the guest’s choice of five participating Los Angeles area attractions including the option to use one of the visits for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood. All visits must be completed within 7 days of the earlier of (i) the day the guest visits their first attraction or (ii) the date of their first reservation.
 
Peak and Non Peak Pricing
Hollywood Plus Passes are valid until April 30, 2024, subject to certain restrictions. Peak and Non-Peak versions of Hollywood Plus Pass are available. The Peak Hollywood Plus Pass is valid for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood on any day. The Non-Peak Hollywood Plus Pass is valid for General Admission to Universal Studios Hollywood on any non-peak date.

Terms & Conditions
 
  • All visits must be completed within 7 days of the 1st attraction visited. Guests can use their Hollywood Plus Pass at any time within the relevant validity period, it does not have to be consecutive days.
  • Hollywood Plus Pass can only be redeemed once per person per attraction.
  • There are no blackout dates apply to the Hollywood Plus Pass, however select attractions have site-specific blackout dates that can be viewed in the App.
  • Advance reservations are required for select attractions and can be confirmed in the App
  • Parking not included at any attraction.
  • The Hollywood Plus Pass is non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • This Pass may not be altered, copied, transferred, or resold. This pass is only valid for the person named on it, or when accompanied by the person named on it.
  • Please note the CDC advises that older adults and people of any age who have serious underlying medical conditions might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19. Guests should evaluate their risk in determining whether to attend. People who show no symptoms can spread COVID-19 if they are infected, any interaction with the general public poses an elevated risk of being exposed to COVID-19, and we cannot guarantee that you will not be exposed during your visit. By accepting admission, you assume all inherent risks and agree to release the attractions and their affiliates from liability for illness (including communicable / infectious diseases), loss, injury, or damage related to your purchase or visit. Each attraction reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this ticket.

FULFILLMENT, REDEMPTION, MODIFICATIONS & CANCELATIONS
 
Fulfillment
  • For Hollywood Plus Passes, consumers will receive “Print @ Home” eTickets.
 
Redemption
  • Guests will be emailed their iPass with a link to download the Smartvisit Experiences App on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • The pass will begin when the guest visits the first attraction so they can download their pass at any time prior to when they wish to start using it.
  • After registering, they will be able to activate and retrieve their individual digital pass(es) using the QR code(s) emailed to them after purchase.
  • Guests do not need to select their attractions at the time of purchase, providing them with greater flexibility if they change their mind regarding the attractions they wish to visit. However, some attractions do require an advanced booking and it may not be possible to cancel or amend these bookings once confirmed.
  • Guests plan their visit by selecting any of the available attractions. Select attractions marked with (*) require advance reservations which can be made in the App.

  • Select attractions have specific blackout dates, which can be viewed at ushtix.com/pluspass.
  • After adding their pass, they can use most participating offers simply by presenting their Hollywood Plus Pass by simply navigating to the attraction they wish to visit, click “Redeem Now,” and hold up their passes to be scanned for entry.
  • Some offers require a booking prior to the visit; others may require a separate ticket. Instructions on exactly how to redeem a pass for each attraction are provided within the pass guide in the App. The “Book Now” button will guide guests through the booking process and place a confirmation of their booking under “Upcoming Reservations” If a separate ticket is issued, they can easily retrieve it by selecting “View Tickets” under that reservation.
  • With the App, they can view fulfillment of all participating offers including location, maps, opening times, helpful tips, and access to customer service. They can make reservations directly from the App for any offers that require it. They can also see a history of all transactions with the Passes.
 
Modifications & Cancellations
Changing Travel Dates
  • If the pass is unused (including having no advanced attraction bookings), guests are able to change their pass date to anytime within the expiration date, without having to advise us.
  • If they have already booked attractions in advance, guests should refer to the conditions around changes to an existing booking under the relevant offer in their Pass Guide in the Smartvisit App.  If unsure, they will need to contact the Customer Service Team via the chat facility under Support in the Smartvisit App to check whether these bookings can be amended to suit new travel dates. Not all attractions will accept changes once the booking is confirmed.
Cancelling Confirmed Attraction Bookings
  • Once a booking is confirmed, no cancellations or amendments can be made. However, the policy will vary depending on the attraction so advise guests to check the relevant offer listing on the Pass Guide in the Smartvisit App for specific cancellation and amendment policies.
Cancelling the Hollywood Plus Pass Purchase & Refunds
  • For passes purchased directly from an authorized seller, if the pass is unused (including having no advanced attraction bookings) guests will need to contact the seller to cancel their pass purchase without penalty.
  • If the guest has already redeemed or booked offers in advance, they will need to contact the Customer Service Team via the chat facility under support in the Smartvisit App to check whether these bookings can be cancelled or amended before a refund can be considered. Not all attractions will be able to be cancel or amend once the booking is confirmed and cancelling the pass may incur cancellation fees for these attractions.
  • If their pass was purchased through another website or online travel agent, the guest will need to contact the selling agent to request a cancellation and refund.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
 
  • The Hollywood Plus Pass is designed to show you around the city and see as much as you can of different attractions and experiences. Hollywood Plus Pass can only be redeemed once per person per attraction.
  • Passes from can be purchased any time, even after arrival at the chosen destination. We recommend they purchase the Pass pre-arrival.
  • Each member of the family will require their own pass. However, the savings are still substantial. Guests can manage all the passes for a group together in the Smartvisit Experiences App on one device if they prefer.
  • Attraction ticket prices change from time to time, however, once guests have purchased their Hollywood Plus Pass, their attraction entry or benefit will be valid for the duration of the package they purchased. Attraction price changes will not affect them.
  • Sometimes special conditions will apply. These may include height restrictions, opening restrictions or holiday supplements to be paid to the operator. Where special conditions apply, they have been noted with the operator listings in your Hollywood Plus Pass guide or view each attraction listing for the most up-to-date information.
  • Some attractions may require a separate ticket for entry. Guests should consult the Smartvisit App carefully for Collection Information before arriving at their chosen attraction. In most cases, they can generate this separate ticket within the app itself.
  • Some attractions include transportation. These are Starline Night Tour, Starline City Sightseeing Los Angeles, Hop On – Hop Off Tour and the Starline Celebrity Homes Tour. Guests will need to find their way to the departure location.
    The Starline City Sightseeing Los Angeles, Hop On – Hop Off tour will take guests to some participating locations. Below is a list that can be visited with this tour:

Lost Passes
 
If the guest cannot find the email with their pass information, they should contact the place they purchased the pass from or they can contact the Customer Service Team by email or via the chat facility under Support in the Smartvisit App.
Need Further Assistance
  • For questions regarding a pass, the Customer Service Team can be contacted by email as listed on the Contact Us Page or by the chat function support in the Smartvisit App. Our Customer Service Team is available 24/7.
  • If the guest has specific queries regarding any of the included attractions not covered in the attraction listing, they can also check the relevant attraction’s website or contact them directly using the contact details provided on the attraction page under the Hollywood Plus Pass Guide in the Smartvisit App.
