How to...Express Pass Unlimited Works (UOR)

Universal Orlando Resort is excited to take another step towards an integrated solution through Photo Validation to verify Universal Express ticket holders at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure.

Guests of Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel and Loews Royal Pacific Resort no longer need to get a Universal Express Unlimited Ticket with their photo at the hotel kiosks.
In the coming months, we will roll out Photo Validation at each attraction in both theme parks (NOTE: Wizarding World of Harry Potter attractions will transition at a later date).

What do you need to say to guests?

Universal Orlando Resort is always working to enhance our guest experience.

On-site Hotel Guests no longer need to use the kiosks to receive a Universal Express Unlimited ticket.
Present your room key card at the Universal Express entrance at the attractions of Universal Studios Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure.
Each guest in the room MUST have their own room key, including children, to utilize this benefit.

Please continue to inform guests that the Universal Express Unlimited benefit DOES NOT APPLY at Volcano Bay.
