If any portion of the tickets have been used, the guest will need to go to Guest Services to discuss refund options
Refunds will be sent to the guest in the same form they used to pay. For example, if they guest pays by check, they will be refunded by check
If the guest no longer has the credit card used, the fund will still go back to the card on file which essentially returns the funds to the bank. The bank will then convey the funds bck to the guest in a manner they choose.

CFAR Coverage can be used when a guest is changing dates (prior to 24 hours from travel) in a package that includes air purchased through UPRV to cover the change fees only. It does not cover any difference between the price of the original ticket and the price of the ticket for the new dates. If the guest chooses to use their CFAR to cover the air change fees, they will need to purchase CFAR again if they want to continue CFAR coverage.
