This transfer product is only available to the agency community and can be combined with any Universal Park Ticket Product, and it’s the perfect ticket to recommend to all Walt Disney Package guest.  A ticket sale in VAX is a quick and simple sale.  Also suggest an Express Pass so your client can do as much as humanly possible while in the parks.

  • Transfer provided by Quick Transportation
  • Outbound reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
  • The goal is to make your transportation as pleasant and efficient as possible. However, your taxi sedan/van may hold up to 7 passengers and make up to 1 additional hotel stop (depending on group size).
Details
To Universal Orlando® Theme Parks: Upon receipt of your E-Travel Document, please call Quick Transportation at (407) 354-2456 (Hours: 9:00am - 9:00pm EST) to arrange your pick-up time from your Walt Disney World or Walt Disney World Area hotel. Reservations must be confirmed at least 48 hours in advance.
 
Back to Walt Disney World® or Walt Disney World® Area hotel: Pick-up time with Quick Transportation can be arranged when making your initial reservation or by calling Quick Transportation from the Universal Orlando theme parks a minimum of 3 hours prior to your desired pick-up time.
 
Documentation Instructions: You must present a valid photo ID and your E-Travel Document at the time of pick-up from your hotel.
 
Additional Information: Valid hotels for this transfer are located in the Walt Disney World, Walt Disney Area, Lake Buena Vista or Hwy. 192W area.
Infants
Infant(s) under the age of four are free of charge.  Quick transfers can provided car seats with advance notice.  It's recommended to call once the transfer purchase is completed.
Special Requests
ECV's can be accommodated providing the request is done in advance.  To secure the desired transfer time the further in advance the better the chances.  The ECV cannot have a sun shade / canopy for the transfer.  A minimal 5 Day advance notice is required.
