
Text Messaging Service - Orlando
UPRV Guests who have made full payment on their vacation package will have the option to TEXT Universal Orlando Agents basic informational questions to UPRV trained agents.
Why Text?
Text is perfect for those simple questions making it unnecessary for our Guests to take the time to make that extra phone call for a simple question that can be answered via Text.
Guests also can ask those last minute questions that may not be a show stopper but it sure would be nice to know, “Is the pool heated?”
Do you have a question, but don’t want to be tied to the phone? Our Guests’ time is valuable too. Text allows our Guests to ask that question and check back at their convenience for the answer. It’s where and how some of our Guests are and want to do business. Ask your question day or night.
Things you and your Guest may want to know prior to using text services:

Check with your wireless service provider, as normal text message rates apply.

For your security and safety, never send personal or confidential information, credit card information, usernames, passwords or any other confidential information by text.

Text Messages are answered in the order received and between the hours of 10am and 7 pm EST daily.

Currently Text Services are active for Guests with wireless services providers located within the United States.

Text Services are scheduled for release to Guests with Canadian wireless service providers in fall of 2016
