Travel Agent Support @ UPRV / CHAT - Orlando

 
The Travel Agent Desk is manned by 18 of our most experienced agents and are available Monday - Friday from 9AM - 7PM.  After hours, the phone lines are answered by the General Reservations Department.
 
Besides assisting you with booking reservations, and answering questions about reservations, products, or Universal Orlando Resort products, the Agent Desk can also assist you with post-travel customer service irregularities that you may have.
 
Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations has also added CHAT to www.vaxvacationaccess.com (VAX) and links are available via this Reference Guide (bottom right hand side).  Please identify yourself as a Travel Advisor when using chat so the agent can best assist you.  Chat is an excellent way of getting immediate answers to your questions.  Chat cannot be used to do a complete booking.
