Universal Superstar Shuttle - Onsite Hotels Only

 
 
 
IMPORTANT:  Flight Information must be provided to Superstar Shuttle in order for the guest to have a seamless process without unecessary delays.

Commission
This product is commissionable and is only available for vacation packages via UPRV or UPRV Reservations.
How It Works
  • The transportation service provides direct service from Orlando International Airport to the Universal Orlando On-Site hotels.
  • Length of Transfer: Approximately 30 minutes each way.
  • Shuttle Service operated by Mears.
  • After paying in full for their vacation package, guests will receive e-documents that will instruct them on how supply their airline information and arrange for transportation drop-off and pick-up.   A link is provided for the guest to register their flight information with Superstar Shuttle.  Upon arrival guests will be receive a text with additional instructions.
 
Airport Arrival Process
 
Guests arriving between 7:00 am and 4:00 pm
  • Guests will go to our Universal Orlando Resort Hotel Transportation Desk located on the Ground Transportation level (Level 1) of the Orlando International Airport
  • Universal Orlando Resort Hotel Transportation Desk located is located next to Hertz on side A
  •  Note: This information will be stated in E-Docs
  •  The pick-up location for Terminal A are spots 31-33
     
 
Guest arriving AFTER 4:30 pm and BEFORE 7:00am
  • Guests will be directed to call SuperShuttle directly (407-254-0299) to verify their shuttle will be arriving
  • The pick-up location is Level 1 Terminal A
  • Guests will pick up their vacation documents at the Universal Vacation Planning Desk during normal operating hours
 
Hotel Departure Process
 
Guest will meet the Shuttle in front of the Hotel Lobby
Guarantee:  As long as the guest is on the Shuttle at the provided / instructed time, they are guaranteed to make their flight.  If the guest wishes to change their Shuttle pick-up time from the hotel, the flight is no longer guaranteed, and the guest will be responsible for their flight.
      
If a guests wishes to change their reservation that can be done by contacting SuperShuttle directly.
E-Documents will have information about contact information for transportations questions and changes
There is no fee to change reservations.
 
Note
  • Please note transfers do not include Sanford Orlando Airport.
  • Please ensure that all passengers on the reservation are traveling on the same flight.
  • Should you change the departure pick-up time provided to you, the SuperStar Shuttle flight guarantee policy will become void and Universal will not be responsible for any missed flight charges.
  • Handicap Accessible: Yes
  • Cannot book for parties of 10 or more.
     
Infants
  • Mears does not provide car seats nor is it required by law to use a car seats on 54 passenger vehicles, however, guests can bring their own seat if desired.
  • Agents 2 and Under are free of charge.
Highlights
Upon receipt of your E-Travel Document, please call 1-866-604-7557 to confirm your flight information and discuss arrival procedures.
        From your On-Site hotel: A pre-arranged pick up window from your On-Site hotel to Orlando International Airport will be assigned based upon your return flight schedule and will be confirmed with you upon arrival.
        For domestic flights it is recommended that you arrive at the airport no later than two (2) hours before your scheduled flight departure.
