| Paul Pink started his hot dog stand back in 1939. In 1946 Paul traded in his hot dog wagon for a small hot dog stand (constructed on the very same spot where the wagon stood). 70 years later, still family-owned and operated, still providing the same quality and the famous juicy snap when guests bite into a Pink’s hot dog.

Our flavorful teas and boba are made in small batches on site. Usually guests can find one of our team members brewing tea and cooking boba throughout the entire day. Most of the time the boba is served warm which creates a delicious contrast with our cold drinks.
Each batch of tea takes us 1.5 to 2 hours to make. Our loose leaf teas go through a multi-step process which takes time in order to fully extract the tea flavors. Each drink is available in a take-home California classic glass jar or our custom giant light bulb jars. Bring the jars back to purchase refills.
