The Universal Orlando Resort App is the best way to discover which experiences require a Virtual Line return time.

Will Virtual Line return times only become available at scheduled times?
Virtual Line return times will become available throughout the day. However, if a Guest cancels their Virtual Line return time, those times will become available for all Guests to reserve, even if it is outside the scheduled times. Guests can check our App throughout the day for any times that may become available due to cancellations.

If a Guest does not have the Universal Orlando Resort App, can they still make a Virtual Line return time?
Guests can also see a Team Member at a Guest Services/Concierge within the park to make a Virtual Line return time. It is important to note that the return time inventory for Guest Services is the same inventory available to Guests via our App.

How can a Guest add someone to their Travel Party?
A Guest can add someone to their Travel Party by linking their ticket to their Universal Account Wallet on our website or in our App. Please note that a ticket can only be linked to one Account at a time.

Can a Guest who has linked their ticket to their own Universal Account join another Guest’s Travel Party?
No, tickets and passes can only be linked to one Universal Account at a time. If a Guest has already linked their ticket to a different account, they should visit Guest Services to have it unlinked.

Can a Guest who purchased an Annual Passholder 1-Day Preview Ticket to Universal Epic Universe link their ticket to another Guest’s Travel Party?
An Annual Passholder 1-Day Preview Ticket is automatically linked to the account where an Annual Pass is linked. In order to link this ticket to a Travel Party, the Guest would need to unlink their Annual Pass from their current Universal Account and then add it to the desired Travel Party.

If a Team Member creates a Virtual Line return time for a Guest via Team Member Tools (i.e. at Guest Services), is there anything the Guest should know?
If a Team Member creates a Virtual Line return time for a Guest, it will not appear in the Guest's Universal Account Wallet. The Guest can redeem their return time by scanning their ticket.

Yes, a Guest would be able to sign into their Universal Account on another device to access their return time or they can scan their ticket.

At this time, Guests are not able to redeem their Virtual Line return time with Photo Validation.
However, they scan the QR code in their Universal Account Wallet or their ticket / Annual Pass.

Will Attraction Assistance Passes still be accepted if Virtual Line return times are required?
Guests with an Attraction Assistance Pass must obtain a Virtual Line return time. However, they should still present their Attraction Assistance Pass to the Team Member at the attraction, who will then direct them to the appropriate queue.
