CityWalk Parking

 
General Parking
The enclosed parking garage ha​s moving sidewalks, escalators and elevators, on-site wheelchair rental, and an on-site kennel.
 
Vehicles CAN leave the garage and return the same day by stopping at the toll plaza upon re-entry and presenting their parking ticket.
 
(ADA Parking: Located on 3rd Level. Guest must present valid Handicap Placard. Charged Standard Rate)
 
 
Parking Refund Requests Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event a guest is not able to enter the parks due to a situation out of their control, parking fee refund requests can be handled at one of the Guest Services locations if the guest has made it through Security. Guests who haven’t been through security are able to head to the Rentals location in the CityWalk Hub for assistance.​

  • Restrictions: Free parking after 6PM is NOT valid during Halloween Horror Nights.
  • Preferred/Premier Passholders still eligible for free parking benefit on HHN event nights (excluding valet).
 
 
Prime Parking: $50.00
 
Prime Parking allows guests to park in the first 10 spots of the row, which will get them into the parks faster! Parking attendants will direct guest to follow the signs to Prime Parking (to the left of the toll booths) to arrive at their destination.

  • RV parking and camping (reservation required) is also available at Bill Fredrick State Park at​ Turkey Lake. For more information​, guests should contact the park directly at 407-246-4486 or at orlando.gov/bfp
    Reservations will need to be done at least 1 week in advance. The state park is located at 3401 S. Hiawassee Road, Orlando FL 32835.
  • If an Annual Passholder is entitled to free self-parking (Preferred and Premier), this benefit will also be honored for RV parking. (One pass per vehicle.)
  • Tractor trailers are permitted to park in the RV section at the RV/Bus fee, if they don't have a trailer attachment.

Vehicle Assistance
Car battery jumps are provided as a courtesy to our guests.​
If further assistance is needed, advise guest to raise the hood (if possible) and report vehicle's location to any parking attendant for assistance.
 
There are also call boxes located throughout the parking garage which can be used to contact Security.
 
 
Valet Parking
​Valet parking is available for cars and vans. Upon arrival to Universal Orlando Resort, follow the signs to Valet Parking.
 
Guests may leave Valet Parking with their vehicle and return on the same date with same date receipt. Guests who parked for less than 2 hours will need to pay the remaining balance upon reentry.

  • Valet Parking Validation has been discontinued.
  •  Vehicles with firearms and/or tinted windows above the % permitted by Florida Law will not be accepted by the Valet Team.
 
Passenger Drop-Off and Pick-Up
The Pick-Up/Drop-Off location for Team Members or Guests who are being dropped-off, picked-up, or who wish to utilize rideshare programs such as Uber or Lyft will be located on the 5th floor of the North Parking Structure (NPS) in Jurassic Park.
 
 
Hotel Shuttles, and Transportation Buses will continue to operate from the CityWalk Hub Bus Loop. Taxis are not located in the CW Bus Loop, but they can now be picked up at the 5th floor parking structure in Jurassic Park.
 
Parking fees will not be applied to vehicles passing through the new Pick-Up/Drop-Off area.
 
The Lynx bus stop will be relocated to the opposite side of the bus loop from their previous position, in line with the Mears taxis.
 
 
From Islands of Adventure, Universal Studios Florida, and CityWalk:
1. Guests will need to make their way to the Parking Garage by walking through CityWalk.​
2. Once at the Parking Garage, Guests will take a series of moving walkways to reach the CityWalk Hub.
3. Once in the Hub, guests will follow Guest Pick-Up/ Rideshare signs towards the Jurassic Park section (North Garage).
4. Once in the Jurassic Park section Guests will proceed to the 5th floor via elevator, escalators or stairs.
From Universal’s Volcano Bay:
1. Guests departing Volcano Bay who wish to be picked-up or utilize a Rideshare program will need to board the complimentary shuttle bus then proceed to the main Parking Garage.
2. After departing the shuttle bus, Guests will follow signs to the CityWalk Hub.
3. Once in the Hub, guests will follow signs to the Jurassic Park section and then proceed to the 5th floor via the elevator, escalator or stairs. ​​
 
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
Visitors with an Electric Vehicle (EV) or a Plug-In Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) that pay for valet parking can now enjoy a free “electric fill-up” at no additional cost! It’s UO’s way to show support and appreciation to our guests who have taken a step to reduce their dependency on fossil fuels via the purchase, lease or rental of an EV or PHEV. The EV charging station consists of two Tesla 80 amp, high-capacity level 2 chargers along with two Clipper Creek 48 amp level 2 chargers. Guests with a Tesla, Chevy Volt, Nissan Leaf, Ford Energi, Toyota Prius PlugIn, Mitsubishi i-MiEV, Smart Fortwo Electric Drive, Fiat 500e, BMW i3, or any other EV or PHEV on the market today can have their vehicle charged at valet while they experience our resort. 
 
The charging stations are located near the valet pay station, as well as the parking garage at the Loews Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel, Loews Royal Pacific Resort, Loews Sapphire Falls Resort, Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort, Universal's Aventura Hotel, Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Surfside and Universal's Endless Summer Resort - Dockside. (Endless Summer charging stations are not Tesla branded but can charge most Tesla models. Models that are not compatible with these stations can be charged at the other resorts.)
 
Bicycles
Guests looking to lock up their bicycles can be directed to Valet where there is a bike rack available. The bike rack can be found near the elevators behind the escalators.​
