
Valet Restricted Vehicle Policy
Restricted Vehicles
At times, vehicles will arrive in Valet that we are unable to accept due to concerns with safety and the ability to properly secure the vehicle. The following is a list of vehicles, modifications, safety and security concerns that we are unable to park:
Vehicles that are Unable to be Secured:
The following vehicles are unable to use the Valet Service due to the inability to fully secure the vehicle. Fully secure is defined as being able to fully close all windows and doors as well as fully locking all doors.

Bicycles - Guests may secure their bicycles at one of the two bike stations located on Level 1 of the North Garage in the Jurassic Park section or behind the escalators in Valet.

Vehicles with Unsecure Windows - Vehicles with windows that are unable to be closed completely. Closed windows are necessary to properly secure a vehicle. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking.

Open Vehicles - Vehicles that cannot be secured due to missing doors or roof tops such as Jeep Wranglers or Trikes. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking. All convertible tops must be closed by the guest prior to leaving it with Valet to ensure the vehicle is left secure.Restrictions due to Safety ConcernsThe following vehicles are unable to use the Valet Service due to some type of safety concern.

Vehicles with Inoperable, Driver’s Side Door Handles – Driver must be able to use the door handles as designed by original manufacturer as well as safely enter and exit the vehicle in an event there is an emergency. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking.

Vehicles with Loose or Missing Front or Rear Bumpers – Loose bumpers increase the potential for accidents or additional vehicle damage and are deemed unsafe. Bumpers are required of all vehicles by Florida statute and a moving violation can be issued to the Valet Driver if the vehicle is driven. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking.

Vehicles which contain Fuel Containers – Vehicles with fuel containers such as gasoline, propane or diesel containers cannot be taken into the parking structures for safety reasons. Guests may utilize the RV/Bus parking area near Kennel by entering through the North Toll Plaza.

Vehicles with Animals / Pests - Pets are not permitted to remain in any vehicle due to potential health hazards for the animal. Guests may drop off their pet at the Kennel and return to valet their vehicle. In addition, any vehicle infested with insects such as roaches or rodents are not to be accepted. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking.

Vehicles with Firearm(s) –. We are not permitted to Valet any vehicles that contain firearms. Guest who have fire arms in their vehicle, whether visible or not, may utilize regular parking.

Vehicles with Damaged or Tinted Windshields – Vehicles with a damaged windshield which interferes with the driver’s visibility or windshields that are tinted below the AS-1 line (marked on the glass) are not able to use the Valet service. Guests with these types of vehicles may utilize regular parking.

Vehicles with Extremely Dark Tinted Windows - Side and rear windows that have extremely dark tinting and restrict visibility can only be accepted if the guest agrees to have all windows in the open position while driving. This should be marked clearly on the Valet ticket and will allow the Runner to operate the vehicle safely. If the Guest is unable to comply with this request, they should be directed to regular parking.

Specialty/ Luxury Vehicles with Customized Controls - Runners should not feel obligated to accept a vehicle that has controls they are unfamiliar with. Some specialty vehicles have modifications such as hand pedals/hand controls. Runners should always seek a Lead prior to turning away the Guest if they are unfamiliar with any vehicle controls system.
Vehicle Restrictions due to Security Concerns:
The following vehicles are unable to use the Valet Service due to some type of security concern.

Vehicles containing illegal substances – Guest’s vehicles with visible illegal substances.

Vehicles with open containers of alcohol – Guests are not permitted to Valet vehicles with open containers of alcohol, but are able to dispose of these containers to utilize the Valet Parking service.
Vehicle that Require Specialized Training:
The following vehicles are unable to use the Valet Service due to requiring specialized training in order to be operated.

Motorcycles - Guests should utilize motorcycle parking located in the North Parking Garage on Level 3 in the Jurassic Park section.

Segways - Guests should secure their Segways at their own risk at one of the two bike stations located on Level 1 of the North Garage in the Jurassic Park section or behind the escalators in Valet.

Commercial Vehicles, Busses, Shuttles and Recreational Vehicles –Guests may utilize the RV/Bus parking area near Kennel by entering through the North Toll Plaza.
