Onsite Transportation - FAQ's (UOR)

Are guests required to tip the drivers?
Tips are not to be solicited at any time. Signs and tip jars are not permitted at any time on the bus. If a guest offers a tip, drivers should politely but firmly reject it as the Super Star Shuttle is a free service to our guests.

What if guests forget something or lose something on the bus?
If lost items are found on the bus, drivers report the finding to dispatch immediately. The lost items are then taken to the Escot Coach Lines dispatch office at the end of the run. The Destination Universal Help Desk will be contacted for further instructions. Guests should visit their Destination Universal Vacation Planner to report lost items.
Escot Dispatch Line: 407-418-1222

What if the Super Star Shuttle has no available seats for a selected departure?
Seating is on a first come, first served basis, as posted. Guests can book one day in advance and should book as soon as possible with the Destination Universal Vacation Planner.

Can guests bring luggage on the bus?
Luggage is not permitted on the shuttles.

Can guests bring strollers on the bus?
Strollers that can be folded and brought on board by the riders are permitted.

Is standing room permitted on the bus?
The Super Star Shuttle Fleet consists of public transit buses where standing is permitted.

Why do I need to make an advance reservation for ADA travel?
Super Star shuttles can carry a max of ONE wheelchair, scooter or other mobility aid, per departure. Advance reservations are required to ensure that there is a tie down spot available for the guest’s device, as well as a seat reserved for the guest.
