To retrieve a reservation simply select the Retrieve Reservations tab.

 The VAX Office Administrator can establish the office criteria to allow Travel Advisor to retrieve all reservations booked via the agency, or to limit retrieving reservations to ones own reservations.  Travel Advisors can retrieve reservations by using the reservation number or by clients last and first name.
 
Travel Advisors who saved the quote/itinerary without booking the reservation can retrieve the quotes/itinerary for a 14 day period before they disappear from VAX.  A saved Itinerary is not a confirmed booking.  It's documenting the pricing and options included within pricing offered which may or may not be available at a later time.
