Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (UPRV) uses www.vaxvacationaccess as its booking engine.  VAX is a third party software that UPRV subscribes to for its reservation staff and as a travel agency booking engine. 
 
NOTE:  When calling UPRV for reservations, please use your VAX Account number if asked for an IATA or an Agency ID Number.
 
Benefits of using VAX
  • See all UPRV products available.  There are numerous products that do not get printed in our brochures and are not visible to Travel Advisors unless they are users of VAX.
  • You can sell Packages through VAX
  • You can sell Ticket Only product through VAX and guest receive exclusive benefits for ticket only products for Universal Orlando.
  • Control of your information.  By booking your Universal Vacations in VAX....you will be able to control the reservation up until final payment or until a UPRV reservations agent modifies the reservation.
  • Efficiency.  You won't have to wait on hold for our reservations department on those busy days.
  • Accuracy.  You will be able to manage your own bookings and avoid any miscommunication.
  • Automatic Final Payment - You can schedule a final payment and not worry about having your reservation cancelled in error.
 
How much does it cost to sign up for VAX VacationAccess?

Registration
To sell UPRV via VAX you must complete two steps.
  • Register with VAX
  • Visit www.vaxvacationaccess.com for registration
  • We suggest you register with your IATA, CLIA or TRUE number
  • Register with UPRV
  • Complete the W9 or W8 form located on the UPRV Supplier Information Page (VAX sign-in required to access Supplier Information Page)
  • Complete ACH form if you wish to have electronic commission checks
  • FAX to UPRV with a cover letter on your agency letterhead, address, phone and IATA, CLIA or True number used for VAX registration.  Also include your email address.
