The ride features Virtual Line technology at select times, but also operates with a standby queue when wait times permit.
 
  • No Standby Line is available while the Virtual Line is in effect
     
Virtual Line complements the ride's non-traditional queue and allows guests to explore the area at their leisure and roam the ride's corridor's until their time to ride.
Guests can access Virtual Line via the Universal Studios Hollywood app or visit the Virtual Line kiosk in the New York City subway station that is adjacent to the ride.​
Guests with Universal Express Tickets do not have to get a return time ticket and can proceed directly to the attraction entrance when they would like to ride.
