Lost and Found, Guest Relations & Box Office
 
Lost and Found
Our Lost and Found department is located at Guest Relations, near the entrance to the park. Guests inquiring about a lost item should contact Guest Relations at 1-818-622-3522.
 
In-Park Guest Relations
Guest Relations is located at the Park entrance to the Guest's right when they walk in, after the turnstiles. Guest Relations Team Members are available from park open to park close.
They can assist with:
  • All ADA related inquiries
  • Service Animal Check-In
  • Assistance Passes
  • Other Accommodations
  • Any in-park guest inquiries and escalations.
  • Lost and Found
 
Guest Services
Guest Services is located to the right of the turnstiles at the front of the park. Guest Services is open 1 and a half hours before the park officially opens to one hour before it closes. They are responsible for guest assistance as guests enter the park. They can assist with:
  • Blocked Annual Passes
  • Trade/Discounted Tickets (Military, etc...)
 
Guest Communications
The Guest Communications team is located back-of-house. They can assist with:
  • Guest Experience Issues post travel
  • Guest replies on social media (Twitter, Facebook, Yelp, Trip Advisor)
  • Handle Guest Escalations for the Guest Contact Center
 
Universal Box Office
The Universal Box office is where upgrades to Universal Express and Annual Passes are made. It is the tall Universal sign attached to the Universal Plaza inside the park, directly across from Starbucks®.
  • Hours: opens 1 hour prior to park open and closes 1 hour after park close.
Wheelchair, Stroller, ECV Rentals
 
Daily stroller, wheelchair, and Electronic Convenience Vehicle (ECV) rentals are available between Feature Presentation and Hollywood Photoland on Universal Boulevard.
 
Wheelchairs are also available for rent at the Jurassic Valet in CityWalk. These are available before park open.
 
Rentals are open and available during Super Nintendo World ™ Early Access.
 
All Rental Items (Single & Double Strollers, Wheelchairs and ECVs) may sell out quickly during peak season.
 
Occupied Strollers are not allowed on the Starway Escalator.

Electronic Convenience Vehicles (ECVs) will require the guest to sign a contract and have a major credit card (cash is also accepted to pay the rental fee).
  • Guests are unable to reserve these in advance.
  • Guests will need to be 18 years or older and no ID is required.
  • A wait list will be created for Guests if they happen to sell out.
     
Wheelchair/ECV/Single & Double Stroller Rentals will not require a deposit. Guests are able to store any of their own mobility devices (such as crutches, wheelchairs, etc.) in exchange for the unit they are renting. Items are kept in a secure area in camera view until the Guest returns the rented mobility device.

First Aid, Family Center & ATM's
 
First Aid Locations
 
First aid stations are located at the following areas in Universal Studios Hollywood:
 
  • Upper Lot: Next to French Street Bistro
  • Lower Lot: Between Jurassic Cafe and the Character Shop
     
Guests may purchase first-aid supplies from the vending machine at the Guest Services Center.
 
Also, nursing facilities and feminine products are available at First Aid Stations.
 
Family Center
 
The Family Center contains quiet rooms for Guests with autism spectrum disorder and their families, feminine products, nursing rooms, companion restrooms, 3 gender-neutral bathrooms, microwaves for medical use and ports where Guests can plug in their own chargers (complimentary charging equipment will not be provided).
 
  • Location: On the WaterWorld® side of the Animation Studio Store
  • Quiet Rooms: Guests are on a first come first serve basis, reservations are not required. There is a recommended 30-minute time limit.

Child Switch
 
Parties with a small child may take advantage of our CHILD SWITCH program. This allows one member of a party to remain with the child while the rest of the party rides, and then they switch places so that the remaining adult may enjoy the ride as well. Available at each attraction.
 
  • ​If any child in the party cannot ride an attraction, one or two adults can wait with the child in the attraction’s Child Switch room.
  • ​When the rest of the party returns, they switch with those who were waiting with the child, without having to wait in line again.
  • Guests just need to ask any team member at the entrance of the attraction and they will be happy to assist.
 
For further information, guests should ask any of our ride attendants about the program upon their arrival to the theme park!

Merchandise Storage
We offer our guests the option to buy merchandise in the park and pick up their packages before they leave. Located near the exit at the Universal Studio Store.
 
Luggage Storage
While this service is not encouraged or advertised, guests with luggage at the parks can go to Wheelchair Rentals to check if there is space available to store it while in the park.
 
Birthday Celebrations
We love for guests to celebrate their birthdays with us! Guests can stop by Guest Relations by the Front Gate to pick up their official birthday button.

Shuttle Service
 
Shuttle Service for those who cannot walk is available at the elevator to the right of the Starway entrance in the Upper Lot and to the right of the Starway entrance in the Lower Lot.

  • Hours: While there is not a set schedule for the "Upper to Lower Lot" Shuttles, it typically comes every 20 minutes.
  • Guests should be encouraged to contact the nearest Team Member for additional insight.
Security
 
Universal Studios takes the safety and security of our guests and employees very seriously. We work closely with local and federal authorities who provide us with up-to-date briefings. Universal Studios Hollywood has a Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department Sub-Station on premise at Universal CityWalk Center Court. The Los Angeles County Fire and Sheriff’s Department teams who work at Universal are always on alert to assist in the unlikely event of an emergency and are actively involved in our planning strategies.
Pets
 
Pets are prohibited from the park and CityWalk.
 
Universal Studios Hollywood does not provide kennel services, but accommodations may be obtained through numerous providers within a 5 mile radius of our theme park.
