At 17 floors high, Aventura Hotel is the tallest hotel at Universal Orlando Resort and is home to the destination’s only rooftop bar, offering spectacular 360-degree views of Universal Orlando Resort and the surrounding area.
The hotel’s unique shape is called a “trefoil” and resembles a popular toy known as the fidget spinner. This shape can be found all over the hotel, sometimes in very subtle ways. Encourage guests to see how many places they can find it!
The hotel’s design was inspired by the Miami Modern architecture movement.
There are 2,864 glass panel windows covering the hotel. Laid end to end, they would create a shiny road five miles long.
It’s half as deep as it is tall – the building’s foundation goes nine stories underground.
Relay is the hotel’s very own resident robot, who assists with room deliveries and mingles with guests in the lobby.
The carpet designs in guest hallways are color coded – pink, green and blue – to help guests locate which wing their room is in.
The lighting display in the lobby over barVentura features 327 unique pendant lights.
It takes 142,000 gallons of water to fill the pool and it features an underwater sound system, so guests can always enjoy their favorite music.

Offerings: Bar 17 Bistro features amazing mixed drinks (like a Pineapple Turmeric Lemonade, an Almost Sangria and many more) that will leave guests craving. The Food menu will impress them as well with items like the Braised Pork Belly Bao, Summer Beet & Glazed Fig Salad and Wagyu Beef Sliders. The menu features small plates, and all items come out as they are ready.

Universal's Aventura Hotel is a tech-savvy hotel, and the Relay Robot is a technology feature offered to enhance the guest experience by increasing productivity and allowing our team members to focus on guest needs that require a higher level of personal attention.

Robot Functionality

The Relay robot can be used to mingle in the lobby with guests or to deliver small items to guest rooms. The robot has a digital screen for communicating and can tell a joke, pose for a photo or open its lid to offer a surprise to guests.

The Relay Robot can only deliver certain items, so we cannot guarantee that the room delivery will be fulfilled by the robot.
