Shipping/Delivery for Packages

Guests can have packages shipped from and received to their Universal Orlando Resort Hotel! The Business Center charges a fee for receiving, handling and/or storing guest package(s). Handling and storage charges are per 7 days. The charge can be billed to their room, paid in cash or with a credit card.

The item should be shipped to the hotels address with attn: Guest name and date of arrival.

*RV Parking: Price is per day. There is designated RV parking area at Loews Royal Pacific Resort. The parking garage has a 7ft height clearance.

Guests should drive up to Loews Sapphire Falls Resort valet for assistance and direction to Loews Royal Pacific Resort.

Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

There is a total of 6 charging stations at the hotel. We have 2 generic stations (located at garage entrance) and 4 Tesla dedicated stations.

Tesla stations available for Valet guests (overnight or daily valet).

Generic stations available for Self Parking guests (overnight or daily self parking).

There are no aditional fees when utilizing the charging stations, outside of the parking rates listed above.

All guests are welcome to “pre-register” any time after 7am.

Guests can leave their bags at the bell stand, use the front desk safe to store any valuables, and obtain room keys to use for Early Park Admission. Guests can also enjoy the restaurants and pools if they would like until their room is ready.

Loews is unable to accommodate requests for early check-in. Pre-registration is the only option available.
Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
