All on-site hotels at Universal Orlando are compliant to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines in specially equipped guest rooms. Restaurants are wheelchair accessible.

Consist of hand rails (grab bars) in the tub/Shower and next to the commode and meet all laws governed to make this ADA compliant.

Roll in Shower Rooms:

Availability must be confirmed with UPRV PRIOR to deposit.

Has hand rails (grab bars) in the Shower and next to the commode.

Guests can roll their wheelchair into the shower. There is no tub.

Shower Chairs - For all on-sites EXCEPT CBBR - Star Service can be called to bring a shower chair to the room for the guest if needed.

For CBBR a shower chair can be pulled open from the wall. The chair folds flat on the wall for guests that do not need to use it.

The shower head is adjustable.

Family Suite Kitchenette counters are accessible from a wheelchair (low) - microwaves/Frig easily accessed.

All entrances to individual guest rooms will include the room number in Braille, the international language of the blind.

Hearing Impaired Kits (that include a TDD relay service) are available from Star Service and may be used in any guest room.
