All on-site hotels at Universal Orlando are compliant to ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) guidelines in specially equipped guest rooms. Restaurants are wheelchair accessible.

Guests can roll their wheelchair into the shower. There is no tub.

Shower Chairs - For all on-sites EXCEPT CBBR - Star Service can be called to bring a shower chair to the room for the guest if needed.

For CBBR a shower chair can be pulled open from the wall. The chair folds flat on the wall for guests that do not need to use it.

The shower head is adjustable.
