Service Tip: Make sure you advise the customer that a date-based ticket must be changed prior to the printed date if they wish to keep the value of their ticket. Changes must occur prior to the usage date printed in order to keep the ticket value.

Product	Enjoy Universal's Islands of Adventure™ AND/OR Universal Studios Florida™ Theme Park each day you visit. A 3 Park ticket includes Volcano Bay Water Theme Park. A 2 Park Ticket may be purchased for 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. A 3 Park Ticket may be purchased for 2, 3, 4 or 5 days. All ticket only sales Includes EPA when sold through a Travel Advisor via UPRV ANYTIME TICKETS are also available with no specific date requirement. ANYTIME TICKETS are at a slight higher price and are valid for 12 months from date of issue.
Highlights	The Universal Orlando 2-Park 1-Day Park-to-Park Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal's Islands of Adventure™ theme parks on any one (1) calendar day corresponding to its season.. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. A calendar of the seasonal dates for one (1) day products can be found at universalticketcalendar.com. The Universal Orlando 2-Park 2 or More Day Park-to-Park Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal's Islands of Adventure™, for a specified number of calendar days purchased to be used during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. The Universal Orlando 3-Park 2 or More day Park-to-Park Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida™, Universal's Islands of Adventure™, Universal's Volcano Bay™ Water Theme Park for a specified number of calendar days purchased to be used during a seven (7) consecutive calendar day period which includes the first day any portion of the ticket is used. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited.
Redemption	We've made it easy to pick up your theme park tickets at our Will Call Kiosks conveniently located at the front of both Universal Studios Florida™ and Universal's Islands of Adventure™.

Legal	The above Admission Media is non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used by the same person on all days. Valid only during normal operating hours. Parks, attractions, or entertainment may: close due to refurbishing, capacity, weather or special events; change operating hours; and otherwise change or be discontinued without notice and without liability to the owners of Universal Orlando Resort™ ("Universal"). Unless otherwise stated, does not include admission to separately ticketed events at any of the Universal theme parks or within any of the CityWalk™ venues, Universal Cinemark, or Hollywood Drive-In Golf™, and parking or discounts on food or merchandise.
