Universal Terra Luna Resort represents another world in Universal Orlando Resort accommodations. Inspired by the thrill of exploring the unknown and pushing the limits of discovery, it opens February 25, 2025. This resort is much more than a launchpad into amazing adventures at the parks; it’s also a landing zone for relaxation and recharging between the fun. Or anytime during our Guests’ visit when they just want to relax by the pool or maybe take a quick nap.

Luminous, ultramodern and surreal, the façade will remind Guests of an entire solar system of colorful worlds, shifting and changing as they orbit their sun. Layered with thousands of reflective panels, patterns and colors emerge, depending on the time of day, or even the weather.

Guests will find the lobby and public spaces otherworldly, where fresh, contemporary surroundings highlighted in golds and greens are comfortably spacious. The accommodations feature terrestrial tones, sweeping curves and a spaceship-inspired window. It’s like they’ve arrived at an undiscovered place, ready for adventure.

The primary food service offered on the property will be a quick-service style dining room. Guests will queue to place their order in a centralized location, choose their seat while their food is prepared to order, and then retrieve their items from a pick-up window when signaled. It will be open daily and offer various options for all three meal periods (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

All Guests are welcome to “pre-register” any time after 7am.
Guests can leave their bags at the bell stand, use the front desk safe to store any valuables, and obtain room keys to use for Early Park Admission. Guests can also enjoy the restaurants and pools if they would like until their room is ready.
Loews is unable to accommodate requests for early check-in. Pre-registration is the only option available.
Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.
There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.
Guests may check-out by television, phone, express check-out box available at the front desk or traditional check-out at the front desk.

Housekeeping Services

Housekeeping will service the room between 8am and 6pm.
