During the booking process while in the Checkout screen, you can submit special service requests to the hotels. You can select from the Room Request categories, or Special Occasion categories and/or provide additional remarks.
When multiple rooms are booked within the same confirmation number, the systems do not transmit any cross referencing/Party With information and the bookings appear in the hotel system as unrelated. Do not use the confirmation numbers to cross reference any reservations, but instead use the lead names of each room.
If you fail to add Special Service Requests or Party With information during the checkout process, you will need to call UPRV res to relay that information to the hotel.
Subject to room type restrictions and availability. Make sure to notate the name of the lead traveler of the other room(s). Do not use confirmation numbers.
Allergies
Specify allergies, non-food-related allergies only
If the guest requests to have a room de-feathered, ask if both duvet and pillows need to be replaced with non-feather products, or if only the pillows need to be replaced.
If there are multiple beds, ask if all beds need to be de-feathered.

ADA - Roll-in Shower

This is the ONLY request we can guarantee, but the hotel needs to be called first to guarantee. This request cannot be placed in the log.
ADA Room
No roll in shower
Request will transmit to hotel in original booking and modification.
For existing UPRV reservations where guest is calling in with just a request and no modifications are being made, a call to the Hotel must be made to guarantee the ADA room.
Balcony/Patio
Due to extremely limited number of balconies and patios, we cannot request them in advance. Refer guests to the front desk during check in. Make sure they are booked in the correct room category.
Bedding Types
This cannot be requested. Book whatever is available.
Concierge Requests
Requests such as champagne, flowers and chocolates; or babysitting should be referred to the hotel concierge; CBBR has no concierge but the front desk may be able to assist to a certain extent.
Early Check-In
Loews is unable to accommodate requests for early check-in. Pre-registration is the only option available. These requestsm do not get added to the Special Requests Log
Late Check-In
Reach out to the hotel and advise the guest will be arriving after midnight
Advise the guest that if their late arrival is due to a flight being delayed or interrupted, and they have the SuperStar Shuttle, they will need to follow the directions included in their E-Documents.
Late Check Out
Advanced requests for late check out are prohibited. Guest should direct this request to the front desk on day of checkout ONLY
