VAX - (1) Main Search Screen

Select Home button to start a new reservation.

Under the Supplier Showcase Tab, you can select Universal Vacations Page which has a wealth of information regarding current Vacation Packages, Ticket Products, How to Register to Book Universal On VAX, and more.   You will need to select Orlando or Hollywood once you select Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (UPRV)

 

The Administration button allows you or your agency to select defaults for Airports, Which vendors will be displayed and in what order, Manage Users etc.  If you use VAX to book Universal as a Primary Supplier, select Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (UPRV) as your de`ault and it will always populate the vendor with UPRV.  If you're administration page does NOT allow you to do this, you can ask your Office VAX Administrator to set the defaults for you and your team.

 

You will need to select UPRV to book your complete vacation package.  Please be aware that other wholesalers do sell the Universal Product but only UPRV sells the entire scope of the Universal Orlando Resort product.  You can also select UPRV as your default supplier as noted in .

UPRV offers various package types for both onsite and offsite hotels.  Each package is designed to have unique components.  Some components can only be secured via a specific package.  With each package you will be tailoring to meet the needs of your travelers by selecting the desired hotel, ticket type, transportation options, and other addons. 

 

You can also select Theme Park Tickets and Features Only products via VAX.  All ticket products visible via this option can be sold as a standalone product.

Your destination should always be Orlando (MCO) for a Universal Orlando Package.  Select this as your default as suggested in .

In your search options you can request up to 2 rooms, each with 8 adults, and 7 children within the query.

The system will ask for the children's ages.

 

Check In Date and Check Out Date are required.  You can select the Check In Date and the # of Nights and the system will auto populate the Check Out Date.  For Ticket Only Sales you need to also be accurate with the range since many ticket only products communicate these date ranges to vendors such as ground transportation.

Periodically, UPRV may offer a special incentive which required a promotion code at time of booking.  The Promotion code will allow the guest to receive the entitlements of the offer providing all terms have been met.

Once all the required fields have been selected and information has been keyed in.  Click the Search Button to go to the Booking Page - Screen #2.
