  • Theme Park Admission for the length of Stay. If a promotional ticket exists, it will auto pull that ticket. Sometimes the ticket will be a base ticket pending on what was advertised in the market, so don't forget to upgrade the ticket to a Park to Park which will offer a better vacation experience for your customer.
  • Bundle & Save Discount - will automatically populate for your package.  Usually the Bundle and Save discount requires a 3-Park ticket, so if you exchange the ticket for a 2-Park, you will need to remove the discount in order to complete the booking.

1The 3-Park 2-Day Park-to-Park Florida Resident PLUS 1-Day Universal Epic Universe Ticket entitles one (1) guest admission to Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, AND Universal Volcano Bay theme parks on any two (2) separate calendar days. The ticket also entitles the same one (1) guest admission to Universal Epic Universe on ONE (1) separate calendar day. Ticket is valid over a six (6) consecutive calendar day period which commences on and includes the date selected, with no blockout dates. Guest must present proof of Florida residency at time of purchase, pick-up and redemption. The ticket will expire in full on the expiration date printed on ticket. Unused days shall be forfeited. Guests who book starting September 28, 2023, will receive the Special Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Flight which includes:
 
  • Four (4) 6oz containers filled with flavors of the guests choosing (hard packed served ice cream) from Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour.
  • 1 Honeydukes Cooler Tote: 12.5" Wide, 7.75" Tall, 5" Deep at the base.
 
Pick-Up Details
 
Guests are instructed to pick up their tickets at a Will Call Kiosk in front of both Universal Studios Florida and Universal Islands of Adventure or at a Vacation Planning Center desk if staying at a Universal Orlando Resort hotel. They’ll redeem for one (1) Ice-Cream Flight and one (1) Honeydukes™ Cooler Tote at Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour™ in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter™ – Diagon Alley™ Universal Studios Florida.
 
Ticket voucher is valid for 1 year from the day it was printed. It can be used at anytime during the Guests’ trip and the 1 year validity period.
 
Things to Know
 
  • While the package only contains one Ice Cream Flight per room, guests will be able to purchase an additional Ice Cream Flight entitlement which contains a cooler tote and 4 flavors of their choosing via UPRV Reservations.
     
  • Additional ice cream flavors can be purchased in Florean Fortescue’s Ice-Cream Parlour™ when redeeming the Ice Cream Flight entitlement. Guests can also purchase the tote through the Universal Orlando online merchandise store or at select merchandise stores within Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure, and Universal CityWalk.
   
A list of flavors is not available as these are subject to change by the venue. Guest with dietary restrictions or sensitivities should inform a manager or Chef's Assistant at the venue prior to ordering if someone in their party requires special dietary accommodations; however, no substitutions are allowed.

Travel Advisors can expand their client’s adventure beyond the sea with a travel advisor exclusive Universal Orlando Vacation Package! This package offers 1-3 night hotel accommodations, Park-to-Park Tickets and Transportation service between Port Canaveral and one of the UOR Hotels.
 
Restrictions
 
Travel Advisors must include a port transfer into the guest’s booking. There are a couple different options available for them to book:
