How to sell Universal!

For guests who have never been to Universal Orlando....they usually need recommendations from an advisor on how they can make their vacations the most memorable experience possible.

Sales Points
How old should my child be to visit Universal?
All ages are ideal for Universal; however, a good way to gauge the best fit is to go by ride height requirements.  At 42 inches old children can enjoy most rides and attractions with parents.…except for those large, fast, and furious roller coasters!
What makes Universal different from other theme parks?
Universal is a place you can do with your children. Other theme parks are places you do for your children.
Why buy tickets in Advance?
Lock in the price, plus customers pay more when they purchase tickets at the gate.
Save time!  Don’t wait in the long lines at the gates.
What are the newest highlights at Universal Orlando?
What type of tickets should I buy?
Park to Park tickets is the best choice.  Since both dry land theme parks are side by side and less than 4-minute walking distance from one gate to the other....guests can easily enjoy all that both theme parks have to offer and not miss out on special concerts, parades, or an unannounced special event.  On May 25th, 2017 Guests will be able to enjoy Volcano Bay, and a 3 Park Ticket is suggested.

Packages
  • The Wizarding World of Harry Potter Package which includes breakfast at The Three Broomsticks and The Leaky Cauldron is available exclusively through Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations (UPRV).
  • All packages for onsite and offsite hotels sold through UPRV include Early Park Admission to The Wizarding World of Harry Potter located in Islands of Adventure and early park admission to Volcano Bay.
  • Offer Universal Resort Onsite properties to customers seeking a unique experience. Onsite guests receive complimentary “Universal Express Unlimited” which allows guests to bypass the regular lines at both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure!  No reservations…no going back…it's instant gratification!  This benefit shaves about 70-75% of the wait times at the major attractions.
  • Guests who are wanting to have a combined relaxing and fun vacation should consider 5-7 Day's for the park and a couple of days for the resort pool.  Recommend for guests to enjoy the park in the morning....and then hang out by the relaxing pool in the afternoon.  Combine a six-night Onsite Hotel stay with a 3 Park Unlimited ticket to have total flexibility and relaxation.
  • Guests who confirm Club Level at the Portofino Bay Hotel, Hard Rock Hotel or Royal Pacific Resort receive continental breakfasts, water, and soft drinks during the day and hot appetizers, beer, wine and other non-alcoholic beverages.  The cost to upgrade to Club Level (based on room type availability) is approx. $100 per day per room.  The breakfast alone can pay for the Club Level service (up to 5 people per room accommodations).
  • Enhance the guests experience while at Universal Orlando with key add-ons.  Dining Plans,  VIP Tours are just a few of the options available.

Ticket Only Sales
• Recommend 5-7 Day's at Universal Orlando. 5-7 Day Days will allow families to enjoy Volcano Bay, Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios rides and attractions while still having a little flexibility to re-ride a ride or two and eat some lunch possibly.
  • Park to Park tickets is the best choice.  Since both theme parks are side by side and less than 4-minute walking distance from one gate to the other....guests can easily enjoy all that both theme parks have to offer and not miss out on special concerts, parades, or an unannounced special event.  Guests can enjoy the all-new Volcano Bay, and a three park ticket is recommended.
Ticket Only product purchased through UPRV include EPA.
  • For customers who only have one day available for Universal Orlando, we encourage you to sell the park to park ticket and suggest they do the highlights at each dry park. This can easily be done since both parks are side by side and within easy walking distance.
  • If staying at a select Disney onsite or offsite hote, you can recommend Universal Theme Park Tickets and transfers. Transportation is provided by Mears (valid from zone 4) and this ticket is sold through Universal Parks & Resorts Vacations.
  • Guests who purchase Express Pass are allowed to bypass the line at both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure once per ride enabling them to do as much as humanly possible on the day selected.  Express Pass tickets are limited and sell out.   Volcano Bay also offers a separate Express Pass option.
