All Guests are welcome to “pre-register” any time after 7am.

Guests can leave their bags at the bell stand, use the front desk safe to store any valuables, and obtain room keys to use for Early Park Admission. Guests can also enjoy the restaurants and pools if they would like until their room is ready.

Luggage Storage Services are available 24/7 with the Bell Services team in the lobby. Guests can drop off their luggage prior to check-in and after check-out to take advantage of their time.

Loews is unable to accommodate requests for early check-in. Pre-registration is the only option available.

Age Requirements: Guests must be 21 years of age to book a hotel room and provide proper identification upon check-in.

There must be at least one person in the reserved room who is 21 years of age or older. Guests with active Military IDs who are at least 17 years of age will be able to check in. The military member must be staying in the room and is only valid for one room.

Housekeeping & Turndown Services

Housekeeping:

Housekeeping services includes making the beds, refreshing the bathroom, emptying the trash and replacing towels and amenities as needed. If guests would like to opt out of this service, they can leave their "Still Dreaming" sign on the door.

Turndown:

Services include turndown of bed(s), closing curtains, replenishing of towels if needed and trash removal.

Luggage transport between Universal Orlando hotels

Luggage Transfer Services have been discontinued across all our resorts for Guests who have reservations at multiple hotels during their stay.

Guests are encouraged to use ride share/taxi services, public transportation, or their own vehicles to transfer luggage between resorts.

Safety Deposit Box

A safety Deposit box is available at the front desk on a complimentary and first-come first-served basis. Limited availability.

Microwaves

Guests can request a microwave for $15 + tax per day.
